How To Add Participants to Your Peterloon Registration

You will need the registration number and the email used to make the registration. Please note that you can only add to your registration. If you need to cancel participants, please contact camping@danbeard.org. Before requesting a cancelation, please try to fill the spot with a new participant.

Step 1: Log in to https://mycouncil.danbeard.org.

Step 2: Under “My Current Events”, click on Peterloon.

Step 3: On the right-hand side, under “Your Groups for this Event”, select your Unit.

Step 4: From the options on the left, select “Members”.

Step 5: Click “add new”.

Step 6: Input the number of participants you’d like to add, and click “Save” in the upper right corner.

Step 7: Click the “Add Information” button for each participant, click “Save”. Repeat for each participant.

Step 8: After each participant has had their information completed, click the new “Proceed to Checkout” button on the right side of the screen.

Step 9: Fill out the customer and payment information, agree to the terms and conditions, and place the order.
