Our goal is to give every youth the opportunity to be a Scout and experience everything that Scouting, Exploring, and Venturing has to offer. In a time when youth are faced with any number of challenges, parents are looking for a place that helps to reinforce the values, ethics, and life skills that they want for their children. Scouting is about preparing youth for the world today. Our families have been excited to participate in today’s Scouting program activities, which are designed with families in mind. The Dan Beard Council was excited to welcome 3,406 Cub Scouts in 2022, 1,052 more new Scouts than what was recruited in 2021!
