An All-In-One Training Facility for Your Group’s Next Conference
Camp Craig is part of the Dan Beard Scout Reservation and is a great training facility and for group rentals. The camp borders Camp Friedlander and Cub World and has easy access to both. With many great outdoor program possibilities, Camp Craig is a great place to hold a retreat, a campout, or a conference.
CAMPING AND PROGRAM FACILITIES
The camp has five campsites with a variety of capacities, a shelter with picnic tables, a water pump, and a nearby outhouse. Two large program shelters flank an activity and parade field.
PROGRAM BUILDING
The Program Building is at the center of Camp Craig. This large structure is perfect for trainings and group events. The building is heated and air-conditioned. The large meeting room can accommodate approximately 40 with tables, more with just chairs. A lower-level meeting room serves as a breakout area. An industrially equipped kitchen allows for group meal preparation. Attached to the meeting room are 20 dormitory style sleeping rooms. Each room sleeps two, making for a total capacity of 40. There are multiple shower restrooms down the hall from the sleeping rooms. Audio visual equipment and high-speed internet access is available as are training materials such as flipcharts and easels.
SWIMMING POOL
The Olympic-size swimming pool at Camp Craig is one of two pools at the Dan Beard Scout Reservation. The pool is open for use between June and September. Many pool toys, including a volleyball net and basketball goal, are available for use. Showering facilities are also located at the pool.

Directions coming from the East:
Follow I-275 West to the Wards Corner Road exit (exit #54). Turn right off the exit ramp onto Wards Corner Rd. Make the first right onto Loveland-Miamiville Rd. Turn right onto Price Rd. Follow Price Rd. across the highway and might a left at the stop sign, continuing on Price Rd. The entrance to Camp Craig will be on the right.
Directions coming from the West:
Follow I-275 East to the Wards Corner Road exit (exit #54). Turn left off the exit ramp onto Wards Corner Rd. and merge into the far right lane. Cross over the highway, go through one stoplight, and make the first right onto Loveland-Miamiville Rd. Follow Price Rd. across the highway and might a left at the stop sign, continuing on Price Rd. The entrance to Camp Craig will be on the right.
