ADD CLASSES TO YOUR PRE-REGISTERED SCOUTS

  1. Login to your Dan Beard website MyCouncil account
  2. Navigate to your Units webpage by clicking here.
  3. Select “Registrations” on the right hand menu on your unit page.  If you do not see “registrations”, you may not currently have permissions to manage registrations for your unit. We can correct this if need be.
  4. Change the year to 2019 for events in 2019
  5. Select Merit Badge Challenge
  6. Use the participant tab to add, edit, or manage participants
  7. Select a participant to add classes/activities to their schedule. Once you hit “Save” on a Scout, there schedule will be updated. *We suggest you update the Scouts schedules who need Eagle required badges first as those classes tend to fill quicker.
